Confidentiality and Privacy

The relationship between a client and a therapist is lawfully protected. No information disclosed in the session can be shared without written permission. The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes standards to protect a client’s personal health information. More information on this is available.

Exceptions:

• A threat of serious intended harm to self
• A threat of serious bodily harm to another
• Suspected child abuse

Any forms that we exchange are secure and electronically protected. They meet the standards of care required to keep your information safe and secure.

Rates

$150.00
This is a 50 minute hour

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must notify me 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or you will be required to pay the full cost.

Payment is by credit card via Stripe (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), made at the time of the appointment.

Insurance

Not accepting insurance at this time. Check with me regarding paying out of network.
